Eat what you love and what does your body good.  It's all about thoughtful food that makes you feel happy and healthy.

How did a French trained pastry chef of 20 years become gluten free?! Two years ago I started following a paleo lifestyle and I feel better than ever.  I literally felt like I was given a new body within a week of eating this way and I've never looked back, only forward.  Which brings us to NICHE!  Here I've created a haven not just for those looking to eat less gluten but for those who want to eat fantastic foods that happen to be gluten free.  You will be amazed at how great you feel!  GF not only stands for "Gluten Free" but for "Great Food!"

We have created a menu full of thoughtful foods to nourish and cleanse your body & soul.  We strive to use locally & sustainably raised produce, meats, fish & dairy without the use of antibiotics, hormones, pesticides or artificial anything whenever possible.  We want to serve you good food that makes you feel good too.  We look forward to seeing you soon!  Bon appetit!
